  1. Always carry sunscreen with you: it is very important to take care of our skin and every hour\/2 hours apply sunscreen to both our body and face (preferably factor 50).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Stay hydrated!: Whether you are going to the beach with family, friends or as a couple, you must bring a cooler with water or cold soft drinks. With the high temperatures it is always good to have a very cool drink on hand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Pack what you need: umbrella, chairs, towel, sun cream, hat, beach cooler\u2026 there are many of the things you need to spend a good day at the beach. We know that someone always sneaks in just in case\u2026 but if you go lighter the trip will be much better and you will enjoy it more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Disconnect and enjoy!: today it can be said that we are addicted to technology? Today put your mobile aside and enjoy the beach! The sun, the sea breeze, the sand and the water will make you disconnect and have a great day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
