  • CASTILLO DE GIBRALFARO: The Gibralfaro Castle, together with its viewpoint, is the highest point in the capital from where you can witness the best views of the Coast, in addition to its sunsets. You can walk up from Plaza de la Marina or by bus (it will only take a few minutes).
  • ALCAZABA DE MÁLAGA: This structure of walls and delicate gardens inside, constitutes the first Muslim fortress in the city. Currently it is one of the most important monuments and tourist attraction in Malaga.
  • TEATRO ROMANO: This historical relic is located in the historic center of the city, at the foot of the Alcazaba. Its different areas are: the interpretation area, the theater and a viewpoint from which, going up, you can find all of Málaga at your fingertips.
  • LA FAROLA: Located at the end of the Pier 1 promenade, we find the only female lighthouse in Spain.
  • CALLE LARIOS: This is the main street of the capital, the heart of Malaga. Most of the shops are concentrated here (mostly clothing, jewelry, perfumery stores…) and one of the best places to try the city’s ice cream (Casa Mira).
  • CATEDRAL DE MÁLAGA: The Cathedral of Malaga or also called Santa Iglesia Catedral Basílica de la Encarnación, is one of the most impressive architectural monuments of the Renaissance era in all of Andalusia.
  • MUSEO PICASSO:The most famous museum in the entire Autonomous Community. Visiting it is the best idea if you like art and want to immerse yourself in the history of Malaga as well as recognize the most important works of this author.
  • MERCADO DE ATARAZANAS: This place is the most important central market in the city. All Malaga residents visit it to obtain and enjoy local products such as fresh fish, fruit, vegetables, honey, bakery bread…and much more!
