The countdown begins for the Malaga Fair to begin ⏳
The fair of this famous capital will begin on Saturday August 12 until Saturday August 19.
This event is divided into two parts: Calle Marqués de Larios and at the Fairgrounds.
On the one hand, the most touristy part of the fair is held on the main street of the capital, where we will find the entrance, the famous awnings of Calle Marqués de Larios, the lanterns and parakeets adorning the city… In addition, multiple fan stands , combs, hats… and above all the barrels of the ¡Cartojal! You cannot leave the fair without having a glass of this original wine 🍷
For what the people of Malaga call “tardeo” and the night, the fairgrounds are the ideal place. There you will be able to see the “cacharritos” (attractions for the little ones in the house 🎡), food stalls (roasted potatoes, roast chicken, sandwiches, hamburgers…), and many booths with music of all kinds (flamenco, reggaeton, pop, classical…). 🎶
Another option is to visit these booths at noon, since they usually serve free paella, and a wide variety of food from Malaga such as fried fish, ranges, sardines for everyone who wants to have lunch there.
